This is a Seargeant's police badge from the Maine Central Railroad. There is a Maine state seal enameled in the center. There is some change in patina on the word SERGEANT. It looks like silver tarnish. The back has some awful epoxy on the mo9unt. Not sure how to restore/remove epoxy. Jerry Angier collection.
